How To Order Beef...
We offer a variety of cuts including topside & silverside roasts, all cuts of steak, mince, steak pieces, burgers, sausages, and vegetable roll. Each month our selection on offer will vary slightly, as each animal is different.
Our cuts of meat will also vary seasonally. Now in the winter months we will have more roasts, and slowly cooked cuts to offer. Whereas in the summer months we
will cater for more bbq options.

If you are after anything in particular that we do not have advertised on our website then please get in touch. Other cuts include oxtail, cheek, skin and liver.
We pride ourselves in our highly competitive prices! Selling direct to the end consumer, cuts out the middle man and allows us price extremely fairly.
All beef products from the hindquarters have been dry aged on the bone for 28 days this includes steaks, roast joints and steak pieces. Drying aging our beef, gives a rich flavour and increases the tenderness.
Our beef, is vacuumed packed and can come as fresh or frozen - we will always have a fresh delivery on a Friday for Saturday collections. What beef is not preorder, will be froze straight away, by freezing this preserving the flavour and nutrients within the beef, resulting in ultimate freshness once thawed.
