Spring Into Summer: Big Plans on the Farm!

Spring is in full swing here at the farm, and with the longer days and brighter skies comes a whole lot of excitement for the season ahead! From fresh produce to fun events, it’s all go behind the scenes – and we wanted to give you a little update on what we’ve been up to and what’s coming soon.

Getting Set for Balmoral Show

We’re buzzing to be heading to the Balmoral Show in just a few weeks’ time! It’s one of our favourite events of the year – a chance to connect with fellow farmers, food lovers, and friendly faces from near and far. This is our first ever time as exhibitors instead of spectators, so plenty of nerves for the day ahead! We’ve been busy prepping behind the scenes, getting all our best sheep ready to showcase.

Open Farm Weekend – Our First Time!

This June, we’re thrilled to be taking part in Open Farm Weekend for the very first time! We’ve always loved the idea of welcoming people to see what goes on behind the scenes here – and this year, we’re doing just that.

We’ll be opening our gates and inviting you to take a look around the farm, meet the animals, explore the land, and of course, enjoy some fresh-from-the-farm produce. There’ll be something for all ages – from curious little farmers to food-loving grown-ups. We can’t wait to share a bit of farm life with you.

There’s plenty of preparation going on at the moment – from tidying up the yard to planning fun activities for the weekend – and we’ll be sharing more details soon!

What’s New in the Farm Shop?

Our farm shop is full of seasonal goodness right now – new artisan arrivals, and homemade treats ready to brighten your table. Weather you’re planning a picnic, BBQ, or just fancy something fresh and local for dinner, we’ve got you covered!

And with summer on the way, we’re planning even more exciting things – with plenty of surprises up our sleeves!
